The inmates of the hostel are required to compulsorily abide by the rules and regulation of hostel and violations of any such rules shall be treated with its due seriousness by the Management and necessary fines may be imposed by the Management.

  • INMATES SHOULD COLLECT THE PAYMENT RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY UPON PAYMENT
  • Registration and processing fee – One time, non-refundable fee of Rs.500/-
  • For registration, a request in the format to be filled and submitted at the hostel with a passport sized photograph affixed on it. Also, a copy of the identification card (voter id card passport / adhar card/driving license/ration card/pan card) should be attached with the application form.
  • Refundable security deposit (interest-free),  Rs…………………
  • Rent to be paid on or before 10th of every month. Those who default the payment on the stipulated date shall be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 10/- per day. However, if the rent remains unpaid beyond 15 days, management reserves the right to cancel the admission of the inmate from the hostel without any notice.
  • Those need to avail the hostel facility for 15 days or less need to make total payment for the intended days of stay at a daily hostel fee rate of Rs. 450/- per day. Stay beyond 20 days shall be considered as one month stay and need to make one month’s full payment..
  •  The main gate shall be locked at 10 pm and those who come late need to get in touch with the warden for entry into to hostel.
  • All valuables of the inmates to be preserved in their own risks and hostel management shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss of any valuables from the premises.
  • Outsiders/visitors are allowed only up to the waiting area on the ground floor and are not allowed to go inside the building.
  • Food should be eaten only at the mess hall where chairs and tables are arranged and should not be taken to the rooms.
  • Littering inside the hostel shall be penalized and all wastes and napkins should be disposed of only in the appropriate garbage bins provided in the hostel.
  •   For vacating the hostel, inmates have to notify the warden in writing, one month in advance. In case the notice period rent is not paid by the inmate, Security deposit shall not be refunded or adjusted towards rent due.
  •  Conserve electricity and water. It is the duty of everyone to ensure that the electricity and water are used to the minimum with an aim to conserve such valuable resources. Room lights should be turned off at 10.30 PM every day.
  • No iron boxes are permitted in the room. If found a fine will be collected.
  • Clothes should be dried only on the terrace.
  • Movement register should be signed before leaving and returning to the hostel.
  • Prior notice to be given to the management if leaving the hostel for the night or going home.
  • No food waster should be kept in the room. It should be disposed in the bin provided in the dinning room.
  • Compensations will be collected for any damages found in the room.
  • Hostel Mess will be closed for Onam (2days), X’mas (2days) and Easter (3datys) holidays.
  • Please wrap Sanitary napkins and dispose it in Sanitary Machine .
  • Inmates should keep the room keys on the key holder.
